By signing this registration form, the Employee acknowledges, agrees to, and accepts the following terms and conditions of employment with Nanda Deepa Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("the Company"):

Notice Period & Resignation
The Employee shall serve a mandatory 30 (thirty) calendar days' notice period prior to resignation or separation from the Company. The notice period shall commence from the date the written resignation is formally accepted by the Company.

Salary Withholding - Unauthorised Departure
In the event the Employee abandons employment, absconds, or leaves without serving the mandatory notice period or without obtaining prior written approval from the Company, the Company reserves the right to withhold all pending salary, wages, and Full & Final (F&F) settlement dues until such time as the matter is resolved to the Company's satisfaction. The Company may also initiate recovery proceedings as deemed appropriate.

Uniform, Verification & Other Charges Recovery
The cost of uniforms, identity cards, police verification charges, medical examination charges, and any other applicable fees or miscellaneous charges incurred by the Company on behalf of the Employee shall be recovered from the Full & Final (F&F) settlement amount upon separation, unless returned in acceptable condition. The deduction amount shall be as determined by the Company at the time of issuance.

Company-Provided Accommodation
Where the Company provides accommodation or shared living quarters to the Employee, the following conditions shall strictly apply:
- The accommodation is provided solely for the Employee's personal use during the term of employment.
- Entry of outsiders, family members, or unauthorised persons into the accommodation is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from the Company.
- The Employee shall maintain the accommodation in clean, hygienic, and habitable condition at all times.

Loss, Theft & Damage - Accommodation
The Company shall not be liable or responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or destruction of the Employee's personal belongings, valuables, or property kept within the Company-provided accommodation. The Employee assumes full risk and responsibility for safeguarding personal possessions.

Prohibited Substances & Conduct
The following are strictly prohibited on Company premises, work sites, Company-provided accommodation, and while on duty:
- Consumption, possession, or distribution of alcohol, drugs, narcotic substances, or any intoxicants
- Smoking or use of tobacco products (including chewing tobacco, gutka, pan masala) within accommodation premises and on duty
- Engaging in fighting, violence, disorderly, or unlawful conduct
- Illegal activities, misbehaviour, misuse of Company property, or any form of harassment
- Possession or use of any prohibited or illegal items on Company premises or accommodation
Violation of any of the above shall result in direct and immediate termination of employment without notice, forfeiture of all pending dues, and may subject the Employee to legal action including reporting to law enforcement authorities as deemed appropriate by the Company.

Data Collection & Privacy
The Employee acknowledges and consents that the Company collects, stores, and processes personal data including but not limited to: full name, date of birth, parentage details, address, phone numbers, photograph, biometric impressions (thumb prints), qualification, employment details, and signatures as submitted through this registration form.
- This data shall be used exclusively for employment administration, statutory compliance (PF, ESI, labour records), payroll processing, identity verification, and internal HR records.
- The Company shall implement reasonable security measures to protect employee data from unauthorised access, disclosure, or misuse.
- Employee data shall not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties except as required by law, regulatory authorities, or for legitimate business operations (e.g., statutory filings, client compliance requirements).
- The Employee may request access to or correction of their personal data by contacting the HR department in writing.

Accuracy of Information
The Employee declares that all information provided in this registration form is true, accurate, and complete to the best of their knowledge. Any misrepresentation, falsification, or concealment of material facts shall constitute grounds for immediate termination of employment and may result in legal action.

Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at the registered office of Nanda Deepa Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
